In hardly any other country in the world there are so many festivals and celebrations as in Mexico, which by the way are called fiestas here. You almost have the impression that there is a fiesta every day in Mexico, which is probably true, because somewhere in the country there is always a party going on. This is due to the fact that, in addition to the numerous national holidays, every village and city has its own holidays, which are extensively used.

Attending a fiesta on Holbox is always a very special experience that should not be missed. Celebrating in Mexico means first of all eating a lot, drinking a lot and dancing to the music, often for several days.
